Routing your question

  • Billing, refunds, or cancellation: see the refund policy, then email us with your account email if you still need help.
  • Account or login trouble: email us, or use the forgot-password flow on the log-in page.
  • A bug or something broken: tell us what you expected, what happened, and the page you were on. A screenshot helps.

We don’t process customer payments

FieldNudge never touches your customers’ money — they pay you directly. Any dispute about an invoice payment itself is between you and your customer, and isn’t something we can mediate.
