This Privacy Policy describes how FieldNudge (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services (the “Service”). We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.

Information we collect

• Account information: the email address you sign in with, plus the business profile you provide (business name, address, phone, payment instructions, and logo).
• Customer and invoice information you enter:your customers' names, emails, and phone numbers, and the invoice details (descriptions, amounts, due dates) you create.
• Usage and email-engagement data: basic logs and whether reminder emails were delivered, opened, or clicked, so we can follow up effectively and improve deliverability.
• Billing information: handled by our reseller Paddle when you start a paid subscription. We do not store your full card details.

How we use information

• To provide the Service — sending invoices and scheduled reminders on your behalf;
• To operate your account and provide support;
• To maintain security and prevent abuse; and
• To improve and optimize the Service.

Cookies and local storage

We use only the cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Service providers (subprocessors)

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting for your account data.
• Resend — delivery of transactional invoice and reminder emails.
• Paddle — subscription billing as our merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes billing information under its own privacy policy.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to us, under appropriate agreements.

Sharing your information

We share information with the providers listed above, and we may disclose it if required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to these transfers.

Children

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
