Refund Policy

FieldNudge is free to try — you are not charged until after the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time. This policy covers paid FieldNudge subscriptions, which are billed by our reseller, Paddle.

Free trial

The Service is free until you have sent 30 invoices or collected your first payment, whichever comes first. No credit card is required to start, and you will not be charged during the trial.

Subscription refunds

If you are charged for a FieldNudge subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a refund of your most recent subscription payment within 14 days of the charge by emailing support@fieldnudge.com from your account email. We will process eligible refunds through Paddle. Refunds are at our discretion in cases of clear abuse or fraud.

  • Monthly plans: refunds apply to the most recent monthly payment only.
  • Annual plans: requests made within 14 days of the initial charge or a renewal are eligible for a refund; later requests may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

This policy covers the FieldNudge subscription only

FieldNudge does not process payments from your customers — they pay you directly. Any dispute about an invoice payment itself is between you and your customer and is not covered by this policy.

How to request

Email support@fieldnudge.com with your account email and a brief note. Refunds typically appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
